Designed to suit assembly conditions, reliable and flexible in any length
Thanks to their consistently high product quality, STENFLEX® industrial hoses are popular in numerous sectors. These include process engineering, offshore applications, mechanical engineering, building services engineering and materials handling.
Whether made of rubber, stainless steel or PTFE, all STENFLEX® hoses are dimensioned by means of calculations and optimised by means of experimental testing. The result: Flexible pipe connection elements, that will remain durable and reliable even under full load, designed and built to suit assembly conditions.
The strengths of STENFLEX® hoses at a glance:
- Vibration and noise damping along with damping vibration transmission
- Compensation of very significant movements by virtually any overall length
- Compensation of pipe expansions
- Compensation of imprecise assembly
- Relief of thermal and mechanical stress
Stainless steel hoses
Particular pressure resistance, high temperature resilience, well protected against outside influence.
Rubber hoses:
Flexible and highly pressure resistant with the ability to absorb large movements, high resistance to media.
Plastic hoses
PTFE – with very good chemical properties against aggressive media, application range: -200 °C to +180 °C.
PVC – high pressure resistance, food safe, good chemical properties.
